🤰 Pregnancy Thompson Test Modification
- Instead of prone, patient kneels on chair/plinth with feet hanging off edge.
- Examiner squeezes gastrocnemius/soleus belly.
- Positive: no plantarflexion = Achilles rupture.
- Alternative: seated with knee flexed over plinth edge.
